The Busiest day…

It is always hard to find good news stories especially during the current pandemic but for all those wising to play golf, tennis, fish or outdoor basketball yesterday (13th May) was really good news. People are now able to, whilst following social distancing rules take part in these activities and in fact it was reported that all golf tee off times across the country had been snapped up by keen golfers and had been one of the busiest days on record.

The benefits of being outdoors and exercising is really important but we mustn’t forget that in our haste to join in with these sports that we must remember to take care and follow new guidance and rules as we don’t want the virus to start spreading again. Overall it is believed that the reopening of these sports will all have a positive effect on people’s mental health and well being. We are all hoping that this is the start of good things to come.
